After I initially commented I seem to have clicked on the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and from now
on each time a comment is added I recieve 4 emails with the exact same comment.
Is there a way you are able to remove me from
that service? Kudos!

First of all I want to say excellent blog! I had a quick question in which I’d like to ask if you don’t mind. I was interested to find out how you center yourself and clear your thoughts before writing. I have had a tough time clearing my thoughts in getting my ideas out.
